General Service Center at Prophet’s Mosque Enhances Integration of Services for Pilgrims

Medina: The General Service Center at the courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque provides an integrated ecosystem of organizational, guidance, and awareness services aimed at enhancing service quality for pilgrims and visitors while facilitating their experience from arrival until departure.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the center's services include multilingual inquiry handling, providing wheelchairs, distributing identification bracelets for elderly people and children, and providing communication services, guidance, and direction within the courtyards and facilities, thereby facilitating visitors' access to the provided services.

The center operates around the clock and is located in the northern courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque, next to Gate 331, and in the southern courtyards, next to Gate 301, facilitating easier access and enhancing the smooth utilization of its services.

These efforts fall within an integrated service ecosystem aimed at improving the quality of services at the Prophet's Mosque and providing a safe, accessible environment that enables visitors to perform their worship with ease and tranquility.
