The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Holy Mosque – represented by the General Administration for Disabled Persons' Affairs and the General Administration of Social Services at the Agency for Social, Voluntary and Humanitarian Services – offers the service of Braille translated Holy Quran in locations allocated for persons with disabilities and children with disabilities.

Assistant Under-Secretary for Social and Humanitarian Affairs Omar Al-Mahmadi emphasized the cooperation and synergy of departments and the great efforts in providing humanitarian services to persons with disabilities
