Mecca: The General Presidency for Scholarly Research and Ifta is enhancing its scientific presence during Hajj season 1447 AH, under the directives of Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia Dr. Saleh bin Fawzan Al-Fawzan, with members of the Council of Senior Scholars delivering a series of religious lessons and lectures at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, in cooperation with the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the lessons cover Hajj and Umrah rulings and objectives, sacrificial animal rulings, and the promotion of moderation, held at designated locations within the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque according to an organized schedule catering to pilgrims from across the Islamic world.
