Mecca: Volunteers from the General Directorate of Border Guard (GDBG) are taking part in efforts to serve pilgrims at the holy sites during the 1447 AH Hajj season as part of field operations supporting Hajj services.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the volunteers provide guidance and assistance to pilgrims in several languages and respond to their inquiries. They also help organize movement within the holy sites, contributing to smoother mobility and enhancing the quality of services provided to pilgrims.
