Security forces of the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) arrived on Thursday in Dammam to participate in the joint Arabian Gulf Security 3 tactical exercise scheduled to be held in the Eastern Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it was reported today.

The exercise aims at strengthening the bonds of cooperation between the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in the security field and raising the level of coordination and the degree of readiness of their security services to confront crises and emergencies and address all prospected threats and risks to the Arabian Gulf region.
