Riyadh: Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi held a meeting with Petra Menander, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, marking the end of her tenure.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the GCC secretary-general extended his gratitude to the Swedish ambassador for her role in strengthening relations between the Gulf region and European countries, specifically Sweden. The discussions during the meeting focused on the development and enhancement of the GCC-Sweden relationship to support common interests.

The dialogue also covered the latest regional and international developments, along with the efforts being made to address these issues. Both parties emphasized the importance of continued collaboration in addressing these matters.
