Riyadh: Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi received the Ambassador of the Republic of Georgia to Saudi Arabia, Nikoloz Revazishvili, at the General Secretariat headquarters in Riyadh. The discussions centered on exploring opportunities for enhanced cooperation between the GCC and Georgia, aiming to further develop and strengthen these relations to serve mutual interests.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting reviewed the latest progress on the memorandum of understanding signed between the two sides in 2017 and the Joint Action Plan (2022-2026), which was approved in 2022. This plan encompasses cooperation across various fields and promotes people-to-people exchanges. Additionally, the meeting addressed recent developments in the regional and international landscape, reflecting a commitment to adapting to changing global dynamics.
