Riyadh: The General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Statistics Estonia to strengthen cooperation, improve coordination, and foster institutional development to achieve shared goals.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU was signed on the sidelines of the Saudi Statistics Forum. The agreement outlines the exchange of technical support, expertise, and knowledge in areas of mutual interest. It also involves organizing conferences, seminars, and workshops, alongside sharing programs aimed at promoting statistical awareness.

GASTAT is organizing the Saudi Statistics Forum from April 27 to 28 to address key statistical topics, highlight the positive impact of the statistics sector on the Kingdom’s progress and sustainable development, and emphasize the crucial role of data and statistics in raising public awareness.
