Gamra Mountain Resort: A New Tourist Destination Embracing Al-Baha’s Natural Beauty

Riyadh: With its diverse landscape of mountains and highlands and its mild climate, Al-Baha is welcoming a new tourist destination: Gamra Mountain Resort. There, accommodation, hospitality, entertainment and adventure come together in an experience shaped by the area's distinctive character and natural diversity.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the project is part of the investments of ASFAR, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company. It reflects the PIF's efforts to support promising sectors, develop tourism projects and create distinctive tourist destinations across the Kingdom. The fund seeks to diversify the tourist experiences offered and elevate domestic tourism.

Gamra sits at an elevation of about 2,260 meters above sea level at Jabal Khayrah in Bani Hassan Governorate, a setting distinguished by its unique natural surroundings and climate. Visitors can enjoy the area's pleasant atmosphere and scenic landscapes, alongside a range of entertainment experiences and adventures.

The project's first phase includes a 30-room hotel and an adventure park featuring 14 games, offering an integrated experience that brings accommodation, entertainment and activities together in one destination.

The resort is expected to add a new dimension to Al-Baha's tourism landscape. It promises an experience that merges the beauty of nature, the comfort of a stay and the thrill of adventure, set against the backdrop of one of Saudi Arabia's most distinctive landscapes, with its striking elevation and mild climate.
