Foreign Minister and Qatari Prime Minister Discuss Regional Security

Riyadh: Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received a phone call from Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during the conversation, Sheikh Mohammed expressed Qatar's condemnation of the Houthi militia's attacks on civilian and economic sites in the southern regions of Saudi Arabia. This expression of solidarity comes amid rising regional tensions and highlights the Qatari government's stance against actions that threaten security in the region.

The two ministers also deliberated on the latest regional developments, emphasizing their countries' ongoing diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions. Both officials underscored the importance of maintaining security and stability in the region, reiterating their commitment to collaborative approaches in addressing regional challenges.
