Manama, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met the participants of the third National Defence Course organised by the Royal Command, Staff and National Defence College during their visit to Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies (MBMA).

The meeting was attended by Dr. Shaikha Muneera bint Khalifa bin Hamad Al Khalifa, MBMA Director General.

Dr. Al Zayani commended the support and keenness of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa with the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister and support of Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the BDF Commander-in-Chief.

He stressed the importance of investing in training to contribute to serving the requirements of defence and military advancement.

Dr. Shaikha Muneera spoke about the role of the ministry and the academy and the Bahraini diplomat's career journey.

She highlighted the milestones of Bahraini diplomacy and the programmes offered by the MBMA academy.
