Foot Patrols Offer Guidance at 20 Key Points in Prophet’s Mosque Courtyards

Medina: Foot patrols continue providing on-site services to visitors in the courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque through 20 designated guidance and direction points. These services are part of an integrated system aimed at organizing crowd flow and facilitating the movement of visitors and worshippers.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the teams enhance direct communication with pilgrims by offering directions, answering inquiries, supporting crowd management, and assisting the elderly and people with disabilities in reaching their destinations within the courtyards with ease and tranquility.

Foot patrols also guide visitors to various service locations in the mosque's courtyards, helping improve movement flow and enhance the quality of services provided to visitors, particularly during peak periods in Ramadan.
