Riyadh: The Special Forces for Environmental Security participated in activities marking the International Day for the Conservation of Mangrove Ecosystems in Madinah through an awareness and information pavilion highlighting the importance of mangrove forests and their environmental, economic, and quality-of-life benefits.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the participation aimed to raise public awareness of the vital role mangrove ecosystems play in protecting coastal environments, preserving biodiversity, and supporting environmental sustainability.

During the event, the force showcased the advanced technologies used in its environmental protection and monitoring operations, including security systems powered by AI to enhance environmental surveillance and conservation efforts.
