Riyadh: The Special Forces for Environmental Security continue to carry out their duties around the clock in the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Royal Reserve, which spans 24,500 square kilometers. Their efforts aim to protect the reserve’s resources and rich biodiversity, contributing to the sustainability of the Kingdom’s natural resources.

According to Saudi Press Agency, these forces work to protect the natural habitats within the reserve, operating in full harmony as part of their deep commitment to preserving the ecosystem and biodiversity. During Ramadan, they continue their field patrols to monitor any violations or environmental infractions, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines. These efforts include preventing illegal hunting, tree cutting, sediment exploitation, soil pollution, and any activities that could negatively impact ecological balance.

They carry out their duties using the latest technologies and equipment to monitor the reserve and ensure its sustainability. Additionally, field teams work to raise visitor awareness about the importance of environmental conservation and promote a culture of sustainability, contributing to the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030 in protecting natural resources.
