Elaa Academy Launches Specialized Training Programs to Support AlUla’s Growing Tourism Sector

Alula: Elaa Academy, affiliated with the Royal Commission for AlUla, has opened registration for a range of specialized training programs aimed at developing national talent and supporting the rapid growth of AlUla's tourism sector by preparing qualified professionals in tourism and hospitality.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the programs are designed to equip participants with specialized knowledge and professional skills, enhancing their readiness to seize the expanding employment opportunities created by the tourism sector.

Among the offerings is the AlUla Content Program, scheduled to run from July 19 to 30, 2026. The course introduces participants to AlUla's historical, cultural, and natural heritage. It highlights the region's most significant landmarks and historical narratives, deepening participants' understanding of AlUla's unique identity and rich cultural legacy that has established it as a world-class cultural and tourism destination.

The academy will also offer the Advanced Facility Management Program from August 2 to 27, 2026. The program focuses on best practices in hospitality facilities management, maintenance, health and safety, and asset management to help improve operational efficiency and elevate service quality.

Elaa Academy continues to expand its portfolio of specialized training opportunities, making use of the summer season to provide educational and professional development programs. These programs enable participants to invest their vacation in enhancing their skills and competencies in line with the growing demands of AlUla's tourism industry.
