Al Khobar:Eastern Region Governor Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz officially inaugurated Bayfront, a new waterfront destination located on the Al Khobar Corniche, on Sunday evening.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the opening of Bayfront is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the livability of cities and develop waterfront areas. The initiative aims to transform public spaces into lively destinations that provide a variety of options for residents and visitors, ultimately improving the urban landscape and quality of life.
The governor emphasized that the development of tourism and leisure destinations is crucial for diversifying options available to both residents and visitors. This development supports economic and tourism activities, while enhancing the quality of life in the region's cities, in alignment with the strengths of the Eastern Region and its strategic location on the Arabian Gulf.
