Riyadh: Dust-stirring winds are expected to affect parts of Riyadh, Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Tabuk, and the eastern parts of Makkah and Madinah regions on Thursday. Fog formation is also anticipated in parts of Tabuk and the southern parts of the Eastern Region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the National Center for Meteorology has forecasted these weather conditions, which include variations in wind speeds and sea states across different regions.
Winds over the Red Sea are predicted to be westerly to northwesterly, traveling at speeds of 10-25 km/h. The sea is expected to remain calm, with waves ranging from half a meter to one meter in height.
In the Arabian Gulf, the northern part will experience southwesterly to southeasterly winds, while the southern part will have northwesterly to westerly winds at speeds of 10-35 km/h. Waves in the Arabian Gulf are anticipated to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, indicating relatively calm sea conditions.
