Dust-Stirring Winds and Potential Rain Expected in Several Saudi Regions

Riyadh: Dust-stirring winds are forecasted to sweep across parts of the Madinah, Makkah, and Jazan regions on Saturday. According to Saudi Press Agency, gusty winds are also anticipated to blow through parts of the Jazan, Aseer, and Al-Baha regions, where there is also a possibility of rainfall.

Winds over the Red Sea are expected to be northwesterly, with speeds ranging from 12 to 35 km/h in the northern and central areas, and 15 to 42 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights in the Red Sea are predicted to vary from half a meter to two meters, indicating that the sea conditions will fluctuate between calm and choppy.

In contrast, the Arabian Gulf will experience northwesterly to southwesterly winds at speeds of 10 to 28 km/h. The waves in the Arabian Gulf are expected to reach heights of half a meter to one meter, suggesting that the sea will be relatively calm.
