Dust-Stirring Winds and Light Rain Expected in Saudi Arabia on Sunday

Makkah: The National Center for Meteorology has issued a weather forecast for Sunday, predicting dust-stirring winds in the Makkah, Madinah, and Tabuk regions, especially along the coast. Light rain is anticipated in the Jazan, Aseer, and Al-Baha regions, where fog formation is also possible. Fog is additionally expected in the southern parts of the Eastern region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Red Sea will experience southwesterly winds at speeds ranging from 10 to 40 km/h in its southern part. The waves are expected to vary from half a meter to over two meters, resulting in relatively choppy sea conditions. In the Arabian Gulf, northwesterly to westerly winds are forecasted at speeds of 15 to 40 km/h. The wave heights are predicted to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, with the sea conditions expected to be relatively calm to choppy.
