Riyadh: Digital Government Authority (DGA) Governor Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Suwaiyan on Tuesday received UN Undersecretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs Li Junhua at the authority’s Riyadh headquarters, on the sidelines of the ninth annual Future Investment Initiative (FII9). The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation and exploring joint initiatives in digital transformation, aiming to support global efforts in the enhancement of digital government services and leveraging modern technologies and artificial intelligence for community benefit.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Junhua visited the authority’s Innovation Center during his visit. He reviewed several digital projects and initiatives and was briefed on the authority’s ongoing work. The discussions emphasized the importance of developing technical solutions and enhancing international cooperation and knowledge exchange to further digital transformation initiatives.
