Riyadh: The Culinary Arts Commission is participating as a strategic partner in the dates season held at Al-Rabwa Market in Riyadh for 45 days, aiming to showcase recipes based on varieties of Saudi dates and support local products.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the commission's participation includes innovative workshops every Thursday and Friday throughout the season, featuring innovative recipes and products based on dates, as well as introducing their diverse applications. The initiative contributes to the development of culinary arts knowledge and to the promotion of innovation and sustainability in Saudi food.
