Culinary Arts Commission and National Center for Palms and Dates Partner to Enhance Saudi Cuisine

Riyadh: The Culinary Arts Commission signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Center for Palms and Dates to advance the culinary arts sector and strengthen the role of dates and date-based products as a key element of Saudi identity and cuisine.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU outlines plans to explore ways to support and export national products, improve their quality and competitiveness in global markets, and create distinctive date-based dishes. This includes the exchange of expertise in culinary and hospitality competitions and the inclusion of such dishes in local and international contests.

This collaboration reflects the ongoing efforts of the Culinary Arts Commission and the National Center for Palms and Dates to foster innovation among chefs and develop strategic partnerships that optimize resource utilization.
