CST Launches ‘Cloud Computing Maturity Index’ to Boost Market’s Competitiveness and Elevate Services’ Quality

The communications: the diversity and inclusiveness of cloud services, technical expertise and capabilities, customer satisfaction, strategic partnerships, service delivery efficiency, and sales and marketing. These standards include 33 sub-indicators covering technical, operational, and commercial aspects, highlighting cloud service providers' strengths and identifying areas for improvement.

During the conference, CST announced the index results and recognized the highest-ranked cloud computing service providers. Google Cloud ranked first, followed by Oracle in second place, solutions by stc in third, Huawei Cloud in fourth, and stc in fifth. Edarat Group was also recognized in the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) category.

The index is part of CST's ongoing efforts to regulate the technology and emerging technologies sector, enable and develop the cloud computing market, enhance its competitiveness, and improve service quality by providing reliable data and indicators that support decision-making, enable service providers to enhance their performance, and advance the maturity of cloud computing services across Saudi Arabia.
