Riyadh: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today welcomed the Saudi medical team credited with performing the world’s first complete heart transplant using robotic technology at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center (KFSHRC) in Riyadh.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting took place in the Crown Prince’s office and was attended by key figures from the hospital, including Mazen bin Abdulrazzaq Al-Rumaih, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KFSHRC, CEO Dr. Majid bin Ibrahim Al-Fayyadh, and Deputy CEO Dr. Bjorn Zoëga. During this reception, HRH the Crown Prince extended his congratulations to the medical team and hospital leadership for their historic achievement.
