Command and Control Center at Passports Headquarters Ensures Smooth Pilgrim Operations

Riyadh: The Hajj and Umrah Command and Control Center at the Passports Forces Command headquarters in the holy sites: operates throughout the Hajj season to provide vital services to pilgrims, continuously monitoring travel flows at international entry points during both arrival and departure phases to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of pilgrims within passport control halls.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the center also receives inquiries and reports via the dedicated hotline 992 and dispatches field teams to address them. In coordination with the Ministry of Health, these specialized teams help identify pilgrims admitted to hospitals across various medical facilities. They also work directly with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's 'Nusuk Care' centers to locate and identify lost pilgrims.

The General Directorate of Passports stated that the center is equipped with the latest technologies to monitor workflow and ensure the highest quality of services.
