Riyadh: Colleges of Excellence Company (COE) signed a memorandum of understanding with Niagara College Canada during the Saudi-Canadian Business and Investment Forum, organized by the Ministry of Investment in Riyadh.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU aims to strengthen international partnerships in technical and vocational training by exchanging expertise and best practices in applied education. It also seeks to develop advanced training programs that meet labor-market needs and support national capacity-building in line with international standards.

The agreement includes cooperation in developing training and technical programs and in qualifying national talent in specialized fields, contributing to enhanced training outcomes and alignment with the requirements of key economic sectors.
