The public is urged to steer clear of valleys susceptible to torrents and to refrain from swimming in them. According to Saudi Press Agency, the Makkah region is anticipated to experience light to medium rain showers, which have the potential to trigger flash floods, hail, and winds that stir up dust. The Riyadh region is forecasted to receive moderate to heavy rainfall, posing significant concerns for the local populace.
The regions of Aseer and Jazan are also expected to be hit by moderate to heavy showers, while the Qassim, Eastern, and Al-Baha regions will experience moderate rainfall.
