Al-sayahid: At the 10th King Abdulaziz Camel Festival in Al-Sayahid, north of Riyadh Region, the Ministry of Interior's Agency of Civil Affairs is showcasing historical equipment and devices that were used at the beginning of issuing the centralized civil registry, including early computer systems and the camera used for photographing civil status ID cards.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the participation is part of the ministry's Security Oasis exhibition and includes displays of mobile service units, such as the mobile vehicle and mobile kit, which are among the most prominent modern means of providing field services to beneficiaries at their locations. The pavilion also features an introductory visual presentation highlighting key electronic services and ways to benefit from them, in addition to receiving visitors' inquiries and responding to their questions.
The ministry's exhibition includes a shooting range, military displays, folk heritage performances, and a variety of activities, events, and services. The exhibition receives visitors throughout the week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., except on Fridays, when visiting hours run from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
