China-Arab Media Dialogue 2026 Highlights Media Cooperation and Partnership

Shanghai: The 'China-Arab Media Dialogue 2026' forum commenced on Tuesday in Shanghai, aiming to strengthen media cooperation and advance partnerships between China and the Arab world. Organized by the China-Arab Research Center on Reform and Development in collaboration with Shanghai International Studies University, the event attracts representatives from media organizations, diplomats, and academics from both regions.

According to Saudi Press Agency, participants focused on the media's role in supporting China-Arab relations and fostering mutual understanding between China and Arab countries. The forum provided a platform to discuss enhancing media cooperation amid digital transformation and sharing expertise in communication and international media, with the goal of building more effective media partnerships.

The event aligns with the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the People's Republic of China and the Arab states.
