CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, received here today Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment of Cuba Ricardo Cabrisas, during his visit to the fund headquarters. The meeting was attended by Cuban Minister of Tourism Juan Carlos Garcia, Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment Deborah Rivas Saavedra, Cuban Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Vladimir Gonzalez, and other officials.

The purpose of the meeting was to review the various development projects and programs that have been financed by the SFD in Cuba. Ruiz expressed his appreciation for the strong development ties between the two sides, which have resulted in substantial support for numerous projects across vital sectors that have positively impacted the lives of Cubans.

During the visit, the Cuban delegation had the opportunity to explore an exhibition showcasing the SFD's most notable development projects since its establishment. This provided them with insights into the fund's contributions to sustainable development, social growth, and economic prosperity in several developing countries worldwide.
