Aseer: Border Guard land patrols in the Al-Rabwa sector of the Aseer Region successfully thwarted an attempt to smuggle 59,000 narcotic tablets. The patrols completed the initial legal procedures and handed the contraband over to the relevant authorities.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the security authorities urge the public to report any information related to drug smuggling or sales. Residents can call 911 in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern regions, and 999 in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions. Additionally, they may contact the General Directorate of Narcotics Control at 995 or through email at [email protected]. All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.
