Manama: Kingdom of Bahrain Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa received Shura Council Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) legislative councils’ speakers, and the Arab Parliament speaker in Manama on Wednesday.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the reception was part of the 19th periodic meeting of speakers of the Shura, representatives, and national councils of the GCC member states, which is scheduled to take place in Manama tomorrow.

During the event, representatives from the Shura, representatives, and national councils of the GCC member states expressed their deepest thanks and gratitude for the warm reception. They acknowledged the Bahraini crown prince’s interest in strengthening the bonds of joint Gulf action across all levels.
