Algiers: The Association of Secretaries-General of the Arab Parliaments has convened its 46th meeting, chaired by Secretary-General of the Shura Council and Chairman of the association Mohammed Al-Mutairi.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting coincided with the opening of the 38th Conference of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union in the Algerian capital. The primary focus of the gathering was on developing employees’ technical and administrative skills.
During the meeting, the secretaries-general shared their insights on best practices for human resource development. They emphasized the importance of skill enhancement and providing adequate training for legislative council employees, aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of parliamentary operations across the Arab region.
