Riyadh, Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services Ismail bin Saeed bin Ali Al-Ghamdi has met here CEO of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Russell Longmuir.

The ministry's strategy and its adoption of the EFQM model were reviewed, and its initiatives to achieve institutional excellence were highlighted.

The meeting is part of the ministry's efforts to strengthen partnerships and cooperation with international organizations and bodies in the field of institutional excellence.
