Diriyah: Assistant Minister of Culture Rakan Altouq met yesterday with Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Saudi Arabia Michael Kindsgrab at the ministry's headquarters in Diriyah. The meeting focused on enhancing cultural ties and cooperation between the two nations.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions between Altouq and Kindsgrab covered a range of cultural areas such as museums, libraries, film, literature, publishing, translation, and visual arts. Both parties expressed a strong commitment to strengthening existing relationships and exploring new avenues for collaboration.

The meeting also highlighted the importance of advancing current executive programs, including a museum cooperation initiative between the Museums Commission and the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation. Additionally, both sides discussed the progress of a library cooperation program involving the Libraries Commission and the Berlin State Library.
