Doha -- Following his departure from Doha after having attended the opening of the FIFA Qatar world cup championship 2022, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, sent a cable of thanks to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar.

In his cable, HRH Crown Prince expressed profound thanks to and appreciation of the Emir of Qatar for the warm welcome and generous hospitality accorded to him and the accompanying delegation, congratulating him on the success of the opening ceremony of the world cup.

HRH Crown Prince also wished the Emir of Qatar continuous health and happiness and the Qatari people more progress and prosperity.
