Riyadh-- The Ambassador of the Republic of Argentina to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Guillermo Nielsen, honored the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Polo Federation, Eng. Amr Zedan, for organizing the second edition of the Desert Polo Championship, with the participation of the best polo riders in the world, including players from the Argentina.

During the honoring ceremony, Eng. Zedan presented an explanation to the Argentine ambassador about the stages of the game’s development and future projects for the establishment of polo stadiums in Saudi Arabia within the Saudi Vision 2030, in addition to a number of issues related to the development of the game in Saudi Arabia, and its positive impact, as Argentina is the home of the game.

For his part, the Argentine ambassador praised the capabilities of the Kingdom, which made it an ideal destination to host several sporting events during the last period.
