Makkah: Arar International Airport and Turaif Airport have obtained the Level 2 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International. This milestone reflects the airports’ ongoing efforts to enhance passenger services and improve overall travel experiences through advanced strategies and distinguished initiatives.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Arar International Airport recorded more than 355,000 passengers and over 3,700 flights last year.
This achievement comes as part of continuous efforts to improve the travel experience across Saudi airports and strengthen operational efficiency in line with Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to raise service quality for passengers and position Saudi airports among the world’s leading airports.
The Airport Customer Experience Accreditation aims to build professional expertise in delivering outstanding passenger experiences by measuring performance, analyzing data to provide in-depth insights that support decision-making, and focusing on leadership and team engagement to drive organizational change.
