These attacks have resulted in casualties and injuries among both citizens and residents, along with causing material damage to the airport facilities.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Arab League highlighted the grave risks posed by targeting civil aviation infrastructure, emphasizing that such actions endanger passengers and workers' lives, violate Saudi sovereignty, and breach international law and the UN Charter. The organization warned about the escalating nature of these attacks and the potential for further targeting of civilian and vital sites.
The Arab League reaffirmed its unwavering solidarity with Saudi Arabia, pledging support for the Kingdom in defending its security, stability, and sovereignty, along with the safety of its citizens and residents. The League emphasized that Saudi Arabia's security is integral to the broader Arab national security framework.
