Madinah:Tunis: The General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers Council has condemned an attack by the Houthi militia on a power station serving the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the secretariat issued a statement from its headquarters in Tunis, expressing strong condemnation of the attack. The statement described the assault as a cowardly terrorist act that provokes Muslims' feelings and violates the sanctity of holy sites.
The secretariat highlighted that the attack is evidence of the militia's continued aggressive and criminal behavior, including their deliberate targeting of civilians and civilian structures.
The council reaffirmed its unwavering solidarity with Saudi Arabia, supporting its actions to protect Islamic holy sites and ensure the security and stability of its resources and citizens.
