Before being offered at auction, the dates undergo daily monitoring and inspection as part of a system designed to ensure their safety and quality. Trading then begins in the auction yard, which serves as a meeting point for farmers, marketers, and traders. Packaging, loading, and shipping continue to various destinations across the Kingdom, allowing Al-Mithnab Red Sukkari dates to reach consumers beyond the governorate.
