According to Saudi Press Agency, the projects included enhancements to the road network, the redevelopment of key streets in line with modern urban planning principles, the launch of new urban development initiatives, and improvements to the urban landscape across several neighborhoods.

In addition, the development program featured upgrades to tourism and recreational destinations, particularly waterfronts and corniche areas, creating an attractive environment for leisure and tourism activities for both residents and visitors.
