Al-jouf: Governor of Al-Jouf Region Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz received Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfig Al-Rabiah in his office today, with the presence of Deputy Governor of Al-Jouf Region Prince Miteb bin Mishal bin Badr bin Saud bin Abdulaziz.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting also included President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation Abdulaziz Al-Duailej, Governor of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority Eng. Suhail Abanmi, and Acting Director General of Passports Major General Dr. Saleh Al-Murabba. Prince Faisal reviewed the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's plans and operations at the Al-Haditha border crossing, focusing on the services ecosystem designed to enhance the quality of pilgrims' journeys as they enter the Kingdom.
Al-Rabiah presented the ministry's initiatives aimed at improving service readiness for pilgrims at the crossing by enhancing coordination with relevant entities, utilizing technological solutions, and elevating the efficiency of field performance. These efforts are directed at streamlining procedures and enabling pilgrims to perform their rituals seamlessly.
During the occasion, Prince Faisal witnessed the signing of a cooperation memorandum between Al-Jouf's Association for Pilgrims and Umrah Services and Nusuk Foundation. This agreement focuses on bolstering the operational facets of the Pilgrims and Umrah Performers City in the region, with an emphasis on elevating service quality.
Prince Faisal commended the leadership's dedication to pilgrim welfare and its commitment to deploying all resources for their comfort. He emphasized that the collaborative efforts among relevant entities play a crucial role in enhancing service quality, underscoring the Kingdom's dedication to serving pilgrims.
