Al-ghaydah: The dialysis center in Al-Ghaydah District, located in Yemen's Al-Mahrah Governorate, has been actively providing medical services to patients, thanks to the support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).

According to Saudi Press Agency, during November, the facility assisted 136 patients. Out of these, 50 patients underwent a combined total of 446 scheduled dialysis sessions. Additionally, 86 patients received medical consultations and examinations at the nephrology clinic. The gender distribution among the patients was 60% male and 40% female. The demographic breakdown revealed that 12% of the beneficiaries were displaced persons, 87% were residents, and 1% were refugees.

The dialysis center is a part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing humanitarian initiatives, executed through KSrelief. These projects are focused on boosting the health sector's capacity and mitigating the hardships faced by the Yemeni population.
