Al-Fageeh Heads Saudi Delegation at B20 Summit in South Africa

Johannesburg: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s delegation to the B20 South Africa 2025 Summit, held from November 18 to 20 in Johannesburg, is led by Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) Chief Executive and B20 Chair within the Group of Twenty (G20) Eng. Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Fageeh. This summit forms a crucial part of the G20 framework, functioning as the official business engagement group.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the B20 Summit is organized under this year’s G20 presidency theme, ‘Inclusive Growth and Shared Prosperity through Global Cooperation.’ This gathering serves as a dialogue platform for the global business community, uniting business leaders and industry experts from across the globe to formulate practical recommendations, especially for implementation by G20 member states.

Eng. Al-Fageeh highlighted that the B20, with substantial support from the G20, has successfully led initiatives enabling companies to play more constructive, effective, and active roles in tackling critical global issues. He expressed eagerness for the continuation of these efforts at the South Africa summit, building on the achievements of previous editions.
