According to Saudi Press Agency, the Al-Balad Market is characterized by its lively atmosphere, with rapid buying and selling of food and household goods within a three-hour window each day. The market features 60 vendors offering a diverse selection of popular foods, including dates, sweets, traditional dishes, and fresh juices.

Jazan Municipality provides close supervision to ensure a healthy and safe environment for visitors and maintain the quality of all products. This initiative underscores the municipality’s commitment to preserving cultural heritage while promoting community engagement during Ramadan.
