Al-Baha University Advances in Global University Rankings

Al-Baha:Al-Baha University has enhanced its global position by securing a place in the 1201-1400 band of the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2027, which assessed 2,297 universities from 118 countries and territories. According to Saudi Press Agency, the university showed significant improvements in three critical areas compared to the previous year. The teaching score increased from 19.5 to 20.3 points, the research environment score rose from 9.1 to 10.9, and the industry score saw the largest improvement, jumping from 21.9 to 29.6. Furthermore, the university achieved 75 points in International Outlook, marking its strongest performance indicator, while Research Quality attained 52.8 points. These scores reflect Al-Baha University's expanding role in global academic collaboration and the quality of its research output.
