Al-baha: Al-Baha Region Municipality has launched a tree-planting initiative with local municipalities, government bodies, and community organizations. The effort, aligned with the Saudi Green Initiative, aims to enhance environmental sustainability by planting trees in parks, gardens, public squares, and other areas.

According to Saudi Press Agency, thousands of trees and shrubs were planted, improving urban landscapes and the quality of life. The municipality plans to plant over 100,000 trees in the next phase, with support from volunteers and various sectors, reinforcing social responsibility and environmental awareness.
