Jeddah: The third edition of the Jeddah International Agriculture and Food Exhibition (AgroFood Jeddah) is set to take place from December 3 to 5 at the Jeddah Center for Exhibitions and Events. Sponsored by the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF), this event aims to display the latest products and investment opportunities within the agricultural and food industries while featuring cutting-edge technologies and innovations in the agricultural sector.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the exhibition will see participation from both local and international agricultural companies. ADF spokesperson, Habib Abdullah Al-Shammari, emphasized the event’s role as a hub for companies and investors involved in agricultural, animal, and fish-related activities. It provides a platform for experts to exchange knowledge, explore investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia’s agricultural sector, and promote the integration of modern technologies and innovations in agricultural projects.
Al-Shammari highlighted that this year’s
event will introduce the latest products, technologies, and solutions in the agriculture and food sectors, including those related to nurseries, garden supplies, and equipment. The exhibition is seen as a vital platform to promote sustainability, food security, and advancements in agricultural technology, animal husbandry, and aquaculture.
The Agricultural Development Fund will be present as a sponsor with a pavilion showcasing its financing programs and online services. The pavilion will offer financial consultations to visitors, including farmers, investors, and those interested in the agricultural sector. On the second day, a specialized workshop will be held in collaboration with agricultural experts, focusing on the fund’s role in financing agriculture.
The pavilion will also highlight the fund’s support for various agricultural activities, such as greenhouses, poultry projects, aquaculture, the sustainable rural agricultural development program, and modern technologies in agriculture. Additionally, it
will cover agricultural processing plants and agricultural marketing centers, showcasing the fund’s commitment to supporting and financing the agricultural sector.
