Riyadh: The team from the “Agriculture Ambassadors 2025” initiative, launched by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Aseer Region, visited the Honey Cottage in Rijal Almaa Governorate yesterday. The cottage is recognized as an exemplary investment in the region’s unique advantages.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the visit, the team explored the project, which seamlessly blends traditional architecture inspired by the local environment with modern design, using natural materials sourced from the region. The team reviewed the various stages of the project and the support it received from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. The cottage offers visitors the chance to taste over 20 types of honey, visit nearby beehives, and observe the honey production process.
Since its opening, the Honey Cottage has attracted more than 700,000 visitors from both within and outside the Kingdom, thanks to its exceptional location, breathtaking views of nature, and the interactive experience it offers to its visitors.
